The year is coming to a close and it's been a whirlwind year for us. This small business has done our part to help with unemployment! We've added several full time and a few part time employees this year. We've also outsourced new Point of Sale and Warehouse Management projects. As we begin 2012 we are excited about a lot of changes that will take place during the first six months of the year. Our customers will notice the improved features as we complete each of the projects planned for this year.

Our customers are so great and often they send us "love letters" thanking us for the pleasant buying experience. Business has kept us hopping this year, and I have not had the time to post many of our customer emails, (Since September I have saved 735 "love letters" from customers) so I thought I'd post just a few before the year ends. I cut and paste these emails, so you get to read them just like the customer sent them.
Renee, I knew I did well when I first talk to you people about a system. You had the knowledge besides just selling the product. I had everything I needed to complete my system. You sold me what I need and it arrived in a timely matter. We had one error code the other day, but it seems fine now. The instruction where very simple to read. I change from an old 4 wire system to the new cat 5 wiring. That took the longest, but well worth it. I have 6 area’s now besides the master that I can talk to. The hands free response is nice when I am out in the garage and my hands are dirty or cannot get up to respond. I love it so far! The radio is just an added bonus and we plan on using it Christmas day to play Christmas music. It seems when you turn the volume on one of the remotes it turns the whole system volume too. It would be nice if was individual but I can live with that. I am sure there are so many things it can do .I will learn them all. I want to thank you so very much for all your help and who every spoken with me. It made my decision easy. The remodeler covers worked great from old system to new. I got 16 years out of my old system and hopefully I will do just as good on this one. I am very pleased so far and I want to thank you and wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. J
Service was superb. In our current state of endless voice automation (press 1 for English, etc.) it was a delight to have a real person answer the phone, walk into the warehouse, and check the dimensions of a replacement fan all the while I was on the phone verifying that it was the correct one. Renee,I appreciated your service. Your team was extremely responsive and thorough in getting back to me with the information I needed. The old part I needed was hard to figure out because I did not know the model number of our intercom system, but you were able to diagnose the situation and help me determine the right part. It worked like a champ and was easy to install. The doorbell is ringing again and it looks great. If I ever need parts or support for my intercom or central vacuum, you are the only vendor I would consider. In today’s world of remote support coming from thousands of miles away, it was a pleasure having someone a little closer to home handle our support and order questions. The speed of your reply and the depth of explanation was way beyond what we have come to expect from robots and remote customer service. It was a pleasure to work with you. I moved in this house a year ago and have enjoyed the intercom. I went online and found a drawing of the unit and saw that there was a place in the back to add a jack to play other equipment. My granddaughter gave me her I Pod after she received a new smart phone. I ordered the part and talked to a tech representative and she told me I could install it. It arrived and I did install it by myself. (I drilled the hole and everything, I am so proud of myself.) Now I have my music all over the house. I love it. Thanks, Sue (Grandmother and 72)
I purchased an entire intercom system from central vacuum stores to update the original system that was installed almost 20 years ago. It looks really nice. The panel rim covers that you supply make it really easy to install the newer intercoms without any modifications to the original wall outlets. I even made mistakes on parts that I ordered and your support staff were very helpful in taking back my returns and getting me what I needed. Thanks,David K. Roberts
